Our firm is conveniently situated in the county seat of Henry County, Indiana. The firm practices in virtually every area of general practice except bankruptcy. The firm participated in some major litigation, including most recently, representing an investor in multi-district litigation involving $460 million dollars in lease bond claims. Additionally, Mr. Hayes has participated in proceedings in state court in California which produced $4 million dollars in punitive damages for his client.
